We are not alone as we face the difficult task of serving greater numbers of individuals with fewer financial resources. This year, we are proud to honor our community banks and their prominent leaders who have provided stability, strength and security throughout these challenging economic times. Please join the Women’s Center as we pay tribute to these banks and their leaders, Gary Smith, CEO, Fairfield County Bank; John F. Trentacosta, CEO, Newtown Savings Bank; Hal Wibling, CEO, Savings Bank of Danbury and John C. Kline, CEO, Union Savings Bank.

As always, this extraordinary event will feature dinner-by-the-bite prepared by Tom Devine with entertainment by Bill Petkanis & Dan Mustin’s Band. Our Live and Silent Auction will have something for everyone from spa treatments and luxurious men’s gift baskets (cigars and cognac) to weekend excursions and exquisite jewelry. In addition to these exciting live and silent auction items, our 2010 Raffle tickets are just $20 each. The raffle boasts a Grand Prize worth more than $15,000 which includes an 8-day/7-night stay for two at the Esperanza Resort & Spa in Los Cabos, Mexico, with round trip airfare! The First Prize is an American Express Gift Card valued at $1,000 – to do with as the winner pleases!

Admission to the Shelter from the Storm event is $100 per ticket and can be purchased by calling The Center at 203-731-5200 or contacting any Board Director of The Center. Corporate tables and sponsorships are also available.
